Cheesecake Collections was founded upon a talented young lady, who was more than excited to share the tasty goodness of her baked creations. Her homemade cheesecake flavors are made from naturally fresh produces, herbs, and spices. There are no limits to what she can do.

"As a child in my grandmothers' kitchen we used to cook and bake everything, but baking was always my favorite. I was fascinated by how putting together undefined ingredients could form something well structured and taste so good. Since a young adult I started baking cakes and cheesecake for my family gatherings, from then my family kept telling me I should sell them. I had my doubts, but I took a risk at starting this business and letting people, other than my family, taste my baking. Now I bake and sell cheesecake with fresh produces, herbs, and spices that are homemade. I love doing what make me happy and I'm putting my own twist on what makes me the only person that can do what I do best. "
